Self Motivation

For years now I've arranged my life so that I don't have a conventional "boss" figure. I've done a host of freelance audio and electrical work at bars, theaters and television studios. I ran a financially unsuccessful theatre company. I've been a freelance voice over actor and now I'm just a musician. Most of freelancing is great. It really is. But on some days, like today for instance, self motivation is tough.
